Story of Warsaw Prison
December 2013 - creation of Lady Daria (Łomianki)
Lady Daria is a Polish mistress who ran her own dungeon in a single-family home outside of Warsaw. It was a large studio, over 120 square meters, with two cells, an equipment storeroom, three mini studios, and a washroom. As a domina, Lady Daria specialized in CFNM and institutional domination. Her preferred roles included a prison guard, torturer, executioner, and someone conducting psychological experiments.
From the very beginning, Chogal assisted her in building her private studio. He created a booking system, a questionnaire system, and an online payment system for her. In addition to this, Chogal handled renovations, crafted furniture for the studio, and throughout the entire period, he was her technical support, household helper, and managed prisoner transfers between the airport and the studio.
The idea of creating a prison arose during one of the transfers and was a suggestion from one of the prisoners, Worm666 (Trevor). The Wormhole in Warsaw Prison is named in his honor.
December 2015 - Warsaw Prison was open
On 15 December 2015, Lady Daria, together with Chogal, created the Warsaw Prison brand. The concept demanded immense dedication from Lady Daria, requiring her to work 12-hour days, but the experience was globally unique. Over the course of a few years, Warsaw Prison and Lady Daria became renowned across the entire femdom world.
In 2020, the COVID-19 lockdown pushed the studio to the brink of collapse, with only the most loyal prisoners able to visit. Fortunately, Daria could rely on the support of donors who helped her through this challenging time.
With the introduction of vaccines in 2021, the lockdown was lifted, and the studio slowly began to recover. However, by that point, it was clear that changes and improvements to the Warsaw Prison concept were necessary. Running the prison independently involved significant responsibility, required constant attention and commitment, and was both mentally and physically exhausting for a single mistress.
April 2022 - beginning of Warsaw Prison 2.0
At the start of the year, Chogal and Daria decided to change the format of Warsaw Prison and expand the project to include other people. The plan involved renting a larger building, increasing the number of cells, and hiring additional staff, such as guards, to assist with prisoner management. The concept also included offering space to other mistresses and renting out rooms as studios. In April 2022, Chogal established a joint-stock company and invited former prisoners of Lady Daria to join the project. After raising the necessary capital, the company rented a building, which became the current location of WP 2.0. In November, the first rooms were made available. The first spaces to be opened were studios A and B, which were used for recordings by Lady Perse and Evil Woman, as well as for sessions with Dominatrix M.
In March 2023, the construction of the prison block was completed, and on April 12, 2023, the first prisoner was admitted. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, Lady Daria could not join the project. A new team of guards and mistresses was formed. The initial team of three guards expanded to nine guards and seven mistresses. The technical support team also grew, including housekeepers, movie makers and workshop staff.
This is the brief history of Warsaw Prison. From a small basement in a house on the outskirts of Warsaw, it has grown into a significant place on the map of femdom and BDSM.
