Our facility is open for booking anyone. If are looking for a unique place with decent gear and friendly staff - we are here. All guest are welcome - Femdom, Maledom but also couple who want to try a kinky play.

Space for fun, private meetings

Studios A and B are our largest and best equipped spaces, but with no adjoining bathroom. The toilets are a few meters away next to the reception, however the showers are upstairs.

The red room has its own bathroom. It is smaller than a studio, but it has the most important equipment - a bed, a cross and a suspension frame. You can stay overnight in the rooms.

If you are renting a room you can rent a cell in the prison block for an additional fee.

Videos, clips, photography

Our space is designed as a large space for filming. The rooms are wide, the glass covers the entire space. The windows are covered, so there is no daylight during the shooting.
In addition to furniture and cinema equipment, we have basic equipment for filming: tripods, lamps, camera, gimbal.
We can also assist with filming - as camera operators or set assistants.
Films can be shot not only in Studio A and Studio B, but also in rooms and the Prison Block.
Of course, you can use our equipment from our magazine during filming.

Private meetings in a larger group

Our rooms, two large studios and the prison block are space that can accommodate 16-20 people.
In addition to the equipped facility, our crew can help with the organization, transfers and all 'backoffice' activities.
We can organize catering or help cook something for guests. We have an equipped kitchen.
Although our roots are Femdom, Maledom and mixed meetings can also be arranged at our facility.
