Movie studio

We offer two large filming rooms:

Movie studio A with dimensions of 4.3 m x 14 m, which is arranged with the red bricks on the walls

Movie studio B with dimensions of 4.3 m x 10.5 m, arranged in concrete style, and factory equipment style

Both are located on the first floor in the right wing of the building.

soundproof openspace

The rooms are muffled and the sounds from the inside do not come out of the building.
At present, it is an open space that can be freely filled with BDSM furniture, depending on the needs of the person who rented the room.

In addition to furniture, we can also provide the equipment needed to record movies for a small fee:

Our staff can also assist in filming for an additional fee.

the whole object
This is a recommended option when making movies, because other sounds from the object will not interfere with the sound recorded in the movie. The advantage of renting the entire facility is that you can use all the rooms, cells, places, furnitures, and record an interesting film story.

Renting one movie-space
In this case, we cannot guarantee that the sound from the adjacent rooms will not be heard in the recorded movie.

A maximum of 16 people can rent the facility for making movies.

We can rent our space for:

day (24 h)

half a day (division into morning and afternoon blocks)

For teams renting the facility for the whole day or weekend, we have rooms with bathrooms for rent to sleep in. We also offer breakfasts, our staff can help in choosing a restaurant or catering, we can also prepare meals on our own for an additional fee.

other space for rent

In addition to the typical movie recording rooms (A and B), each of our rooms in the facility is adapted to recording. There is enough space to walk away with the camera and cover everything you need with the lens.

We do not prohibit, and even encourage, to record films in individual rooms for rent.
